Founded by Olivia Ford, an early childhood educator and exceptional career nanny. Olivia has been a caregiver in a variety of settings and her nanny services have included, night nanny, twin nanny, and travel nanny.

Stephanie Wijkstrom is a career woman and mom, she is a licensed mental health counselor who focuses on marriage and family relationships, Stephanie is the CEO of a Pittsburgh based Behavioral Health Care Organization. Stephanie and Olivia met when Olivia became the newborn care specialist and nanny for Stephanie's twins.

Their collaboration and collective mindset inspired them to spread the gift of elevated child care. Their mutual dedication to serve in the creation of healthy family environments has led to the formation of this premier nanny staffing agency, Mom and Nanny.
